About the role

We are looking for a Business Developer to strengthen the Nordic Business Development team in Personal Injury Claims. In this role you will lead and participate in Nordic and local key strategic projects and development initiatives within the Nordic Personal Injury Claims unit. Depending on your profile and preferences, the initiatives might range from for example digital development and business performance analysis to process and customer journey development.

This role will report to the Head of Business Development, Personal Injury Claims.

About the team

You will be part of the Nordic Business Development team in Personal Injury Claims situated in Espoo and Sweden. The Personal Injury country organizations and Strategic Partnership unit are your close collaboration partners. Depending on the task or project at hand, you also will work closely with Agile IT teams. You will be working in an open and inclusive team with great sense of humor and with a high degree of freedom and autonomy.

Who are you
You are an experienced professional in business development and have a proven track record in leading complex projects successfully. You excel in an environment that requires both business understanding and people skills and challenges you to grow. You are structured and systematic in your way of working and can create clarity from complex issues while ensuring your stakeholders stay on board. Additionally, you have a proactive and positive can-do attitude and can be counted on to finish what you started and deliver on your promises. You are tech savvy and therefore comfortable operating in the intersect between business needs and technical solutions.

You’ll also have: 

• Working proficiency in English and Finnish, additional Nordic language is a plus

• Solid educational background with a university degree in a relevant field (business or technology) 

• Background of at least 3 years from management consulting industry and leading complex projects

• Experience from IT development, data analytics, insurance, and financial services and/or the Healthcare industry is a plus
