We are seeking Business Manager to lead the global solution management team for the Quality Management Solution (QMS) Business group. The role responsibility is to ensure and develop global team to deliver the best Pulp & Paper application knowhow in the industry providing the first-class sales support capabilities for the global sales teams to maximize won/lost ratio.
If you are someone who has solid knowledge of papermaking processes, you know how to deliver added value to our paper industry customers and can collaborate with global teams to create the winning solution, this open opportunity is for you!
Main responsibilities:
Management of Global Solution Manager team and related capabilities
Competence development and utilization of the global solution manager team
Maintain and develop sales support practices (tools, process, w-t-o)
Lead reference portfolio development
Define performance promises together with Solution managers for sales cases to ensure profitable business growth
Requirements for the role:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Paper Technology, Process Engineering or other related fields.
Previous experience (>3 years) in pulp and/or paper making processes. Familiarity with automation systems such as QCS, Profilers & Machine vision is an asset.
Value-based, Solution-oriented mindset with a strong drive for results. Experience working in customer interface either as a customer or as a supplier is seen as an asset.
Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a global team across different time zones and cultures in a matrix organization.
Strategic, data driven, proactive approach to problem-solving.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally (approx 50 days annually).
