At Bricks and Minifigs, Orlando South, we celebrate creativity and imagination through the world of LEGO©. Our store offers and exciting environment for both kids and adults. We specialize in buying, selling, and trading LEGO© sets and minifigs. Whether you’re helping a child build their first set or assisting a seasoned collector, we’re here to provide an exceptional LEGO© experience.  

Position Overview: 

As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of Bricks and Minifigs, Orlando South. You will assist with the opening and closing procedures, lead the team by example, and ensure a fun, engaging, and customer-focused, results driven environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Open and close the store, including handling cash management and securing the premises. 

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, providing product knowledge, and assisting with purchases.  

  • Support the management team in daily operations, including inventory control, trading, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness. 

  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a positive shopping experience. 

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 

  • Assist in training and developing new team members. 

  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care. 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience preferred. 

  • Previous leadership experience in a retail setting is a plus. 

  • Results oriented, performance and sales driver. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

  • Reliable, responsible, ethical, and detail-oriented. 

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
