FULL-TIME SKILLED TECHNICIAN

Role at a Glance

Bill Jacobs BMW is expanding our internal, reconditioning, and maintenance production capacity and are seeking Skilled Technicians to perform advanced maintenance, inspections, and recon work. Skilled Technicians play a key role in throughput and customer satisfaction and benefit from consistent hours, high volume, and a clear path toward full Journeyman classification.

What You’ll Be Doing

Maintenance services and fluid exchanges
Tire, brake, and alignment-adjacent work within scope
Pre-owned reconditioning and internal retail preparation
Minor inspections and troubleshooting
Resetting electronic systems where permitted
Supporting OEM campaigns within classification limitations
Multi-point inspections and documentation accuracy

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Prior technician experience required (Skilled, C-Tech, or equivalent)
Strong diagnostic judgment within classification limits
Safety focus and consistent SOP compliance
Ability to contribute to throughput and team communication
