Role at a Glance

Bill Jaobs BMW is expanding our service operations and are seeking Full-Time Lube Technicians to support our growing internal, reconditioning, and maintenance volume. This is an ideal role for someone looking to enter the automotive industry with a premium brand, in a best-in-class facility, with real opportunities for growth into full-time technician roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

  •  Oil & filter services
  •  Tire rotations, mounting & balancing
  •  Battery replacement and basic electrical resets (where applicable)
  •  Fluid top-offs and basic inspections
  •  Cabin air filters, wiper blades, bulbs, and similar maintenance items
  •  Courtesy multi-point inspections and documentation
  •  Working within a structured safety program
