What You’ll Do:
- Use a mix of email, cold calls, and supplied data lists to generate interest and schedule qualified sales meetings
- Conduct account-based research (ABR) based on client buyer personas
- Communicate client offerings clearly and persuasively
- Track outreach and update activity in Salesforce
- Manage inbound interest and outbound efforts to build high-value pipelines
- Work with Google apps - ideally Mac Savvy
- Work in a fast paced environment with multi line dialing platform
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience as a BDR or SDR in B2B tech or SaaS, with high-volume cold-calling
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
- Detail-oriented and coachable with a hunger to hit goals
- Bonus points for experience selling complex or technical solutions
- Self-starter with a “figure-it-out” attitude and strong time management

- Target OTE: $55K–$85K+ (base hourly rate + uncapped commission)

? Tech & Work Requirements:
- Must reside in the United States
- Personal computer (Mac or PC) required for the first 90 days
- Ability to hardwire into internet (Ethernet connection)
