About the Role

At Bojangles @ Bluewater, we pride ourselves on friendly service and top-quality food. As a Bojangles Crew Member, you will be a key part of the customer experience— preparing delicious food, maintaining clean workspaces, and working as part of a tight-knit team that values excellence and community. These crew members work either as cashier or cook. Opportunities for advancement are available for team members who bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a great attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a smile and welcoming attitude.
• Accurately processing payments and handling change.
• Explaining menu items and answering customer questions.
• Preparing and serving food that meets Bojangles' quality standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area and kitchen as well as the outside of our Bojangles

Requirements

While specific qualifications may vary slightly depending on the exact role (e.g., cashier, cook, drive-thru), Bojangles generally seeks candidates with the following attributes:

• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Basic math skills (for cashier positions).
