Job Description
We are looking for an Administration Assistant who will be predominantly based at our Penrith clinic, with travel to other clinics across Sydney. This role will be a full time, 12-month contract. Casual positions may also be considered.
In this role you will:
- Provide general administrative support including emails, calls and reporting
- Book and manage clinician appointments
- Coordinate NDIS plans, service agreements and funding tasks
- Liaise with participants, families and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, compliance requirements and database updates

Qualifications
About you:
- Empathetic, customer focused and passionate about supporting people with a disability
- Strong work ethic with initiative and excellent time management
- Confident communicator with experience in customer service or administration
- Ability to build strong relationships with participants, families and stakeholders
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to clinics across Sydney
