Digital Project Manager

About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager with Infrastructure experience who can manage multiple projects simultaneously. In this role you will have exposure to several different parts of the business and will be working on key transformation projects.

Key responsibilities in this role are:

• Lead end to end delivery of projects from initiation through to go-live, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality are met
• Ensure effective change management, testing and transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations through clear status reporting and regular engagement.
• Develop and deliver key project plans, schedules, risk registers and quality assurance processes ensuring alignment with governance standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams from various parts of the business, and externally to achieve project objectives
• Lead and drive accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement within project teams and ensure timely completion of projects

Key Challenges:

• Navigating the delivery of solutions within systems that are critical to daily operations (e.g., flight check-in, baggage handling, security screening, air traffic control).
• Ensuring compliance with security standards and data protection regulations while maintaining smooth operations.
• Risk management ensuring delivery avoids significant risks, such as data breaches, system outages, or project delays.
• Navigate diverse stakeholders – internal and external

What you will bring to the role

To be successful in the role you’ll bring:

• 10 years’ experience in project management, with a focus on digital systems and network infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms and methodologies (e.g, Access control, IPV, end user compute, VMware server virtualization, physical and logcal wired and wireless networks, digital signage, public address, car park payment and barrier 3arms)
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent influencing and communication skills
• Produce meaningful and actionable visibility for Steerco and Senior Leadership Team.
• Driving delivery that embraces hybrid thinking
