About the Role
<p><strong>Cecure</strong>, part of the Mazzei Group, is a specialist construction and remediation business delivering complex rectification, upgrade and live-environment projects across Victoria. We’re seeking an experienced <strong>Site Manager</strong> to lead the safe, high-quality delivery of projects across Melbourne’s North-East metro region.</p><p>This is a hands-on role for a strong site leader who values structure, safety and accountability, and who takes pride in delivering defect-free outcomes in operational environments.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the construction phase, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to Cecure’s quality standards.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li><p>Managing day-to-day site operations across remediation and construction projects</p></li><li><p>Leading WH&S compliance, inductions, toolbox talks and site safety culture</p></li><li><p>Coordinating trades, suppliers and consultants to meet programme milestones</p></li><li><p>Driving short-term and target programmes to achieve project timelines</p></li><li><p>Maintaining accurate site records, reports and cost tracking using Loop</p></li><li><p>Managing quality assurance, defect inspections and project close-out</p></li><li><p>Proactively managing client relationships and resolving on-site issues</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>You’re an experienced Site Manager who thrives in structured environments and understands the complexities of remediation or commercial-style construction.</p><p>You’ll bring:</p><ul><li><p><strong>5+ years’ experience</strong> as a Site Manager (commercial or remediation preferred)</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of construction methodology, documentation and sequencing</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders and manage live sites</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset</p></li><li><p>High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety</p></li><li><p>Confidence using construction systems (Loop, SharePoint or similar preferred)</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>White Card</p></li><li><p>Strong Microsoft Office skills</p></li><li><p>Experience with project programming tools (Microsoft Project or similar)</p></li><li><p>Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Why Join Cecure</strong></p><ul><li><p>Work with a specialist builder delivering technically complex projects</p></li><li><p>Stable pipeline of work across Melbourne’s metro region</p></li><li><p>Strong systems, structure and safety culture</p></li><li><p>Supportive leadership within the broader Mazzei Group</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to grow with a business evolving into larger, more complex works</p></li></ul><p> </p><p>We’re an <strong>equal opportunity employer</strong> committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
