The Senior Research Executive is responsible for ensuring project execution meets time and quality expectations while supporting the manager in designing questionnaires and facilitating communication with partner divisions. They will also attend client presentations and provide proactive updates during the project lifecycle.

Accountabilities
(The accountabilities listed below are only indicative, they are not meant to be exhaustive)
· Ensure assigned responsibilities are conducted to time and quality expectations · Ensure thorough understanding of and compliance to Nielsen’s research processes and workflow · Support manager on day to day project execution i.e. designing / inputting questionnaire into script, link testing etc. · Ensure timely and proactive communication with partner divisions like data processing, data collection, Vendors & Other teams to facilitate smooth project execution · Ensure that materials to Ops & other support teams are sent on schedule and thoroughly checked for errors · Proactive communications during project lifecycle to managers /clients as appropriate e.g. status report updates, highlighting database issues etc. · Attend client presentations with the manager to support as required
Qualifications
2-3 years relevant working experience. Experience in Market Research with the quantitative research projects is a must.
· Strong clients focus & understanding of research techniques to enable meaningful conversations with all client stakeholders and ensure accurate representation of the data in reporting and insights.
· Understanding of analysis tools and data interpretation, excellent numerical skills
· Skill-set: Analytical / report writing and presentation skills o Ability to draft questionnaires based on client brief and proposal o Write Analysis plan & develop charting templates o Effectively brief charting & tabulation teams on the project requirements o Checking the data tables and charts to spot errors o Drafting reports & commentaries
