This role combines enhanced due diligence (EDD), ongoing monitoring, and thematic/audit reviews into a comprehensive oversight function that ensures our clients maintain strong controls aligned with Bridge’s expectations and regulatory standards.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <p>This person will design the framework, manage a team of analysts/reviewers, and run an ongoing audit/QA program that evaluates client controls across AML/BSA, sanctions, fraud, and risk domains.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Build and Run the Client Oversight Program</li> <ul> <li>Design and implement Bridge’s client oversight framework, including risk-based schedules for reviews and ongoing monitoring.</li> <li>Develop testing methodologies, checklists, and evaluation criteria for assessing client AML/BSA and financial crime controls.</li> <li>Ensure the program aligns with regulatory expectations, internal policies, and evolving risk exposure.<br><br></li> </ul> <li>&nbsp;Lead the EDD &amp; QA Team</li> <ul> <li>Manage a team responsible for conducting:</li> <ul> <li>Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews on high-risk clients</li> <li>Periodic control assessments and audits</li> <li>Quality assurance checks on onboarding and monitoring outcomes</li> </ul> <li>Provide coaching, support, and subject-matter guidance to junior reviewers and analysts.</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li>Execute Reviews &amp; Assessments</li> <ul> <li>Review clients’ policies, procedures, governance, and control environments.</li> <li>Evaluate the design and effectiveness of their AML/BSA, sanctions, fraud, and risk controls.</li> <li>Conduct interviews with client compliance/risk leaders as part of oversight work.</li> <li>Produce clear, thorough reports summarizing findings, risks, and required remediation.</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li>Ongoing Monitoring &amp; Risk Escalation</li> <ul> <li>Track completion of client remediation actions and follow-ups.</li> <li>Escalate material risks or program weaknesses to the MLRO/BSA Officer and relevant internal teams.</li> <li>Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and documentation supporting program governance.</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration</li> <ul> <li>Work closely with Product, Risk, MLRO/BSA Officer, and Business teams to ensure oversight findings are integrated into risk decisions.</li> <li>Partner on enhancements to onboarding, monitoring, and partner risk-stratification processes.</li> <li>Contribute to broader financial crime program development as Bridge expands into new products and markets</li> </ul> </ul> <h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2> <p>We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.</p> <h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience in EDD, AML/BSA testing, internal audit, QA, or financial crime reviews within a fintech, audit firm, or regulated financial services provider.</li> <li>Strong understanding of AML/BSA and sanctions regulatory requirements, risk assessment, and control frameworks.</li> <li>Ability to build structured programs and methodologies — not just run existing ones.</li> <li>Comfortable managing and developing a team performing detailed reviews.</li> <li>Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, regulator-ready reports.</li> <li>Excellent cross-functional communicator, able to partner with internal teams and engage directly with client compliance functions.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience assessing or auditing financial services clients (banks, fintechs, PSPs, FX, crypto, MSBs, etc.).</li> <li>Experience designing oversight or third-party risk frameworks.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
