<h2 id="aufgaben">Aufgaben</h2>
<ul>
<li>Aktive Akquise von Neukund:innen und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen</li>
<li>Präsentation unseres Serviceportfolios in Calls, Meetings und Events</li>
<li>Identifizierung von Projektbedarfen und Erstellung passgenauer Angebote</li>
<li>Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen und Abschlüssen</li>
<li>Zusammenarbeit mit Recruiting & TECH-Team zur Vermittlung von Expert:innen</li>
<li>Administrative Aufgaben rund um Kundenbetreuung und Sales-Prozesse</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="qualifikation">Qualifikation</h2>
<ul>
<li>Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder kaufmännische Ausbildung</li>
<li>Interesse an <strong>Vertrieb</strong>, <strong>IT</strong> und <strong>Personalwesen</strong></li>
<li>Kommunikationsstärke, Networking-Talent und Verhandlungsgeschick</li>
<li>Eigeninitiative, Zielorientierung und Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen</li>
<li>Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Deutsch & Englisch verhandlungssicher</li>
</ul>
