Position Title: Associate Dentist
Employment Status: Full-Time (4 days per week)

Compensation & Incentives:

• $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time commitment

Office Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
(No evenings or weekends!)

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a confident, compassionate, and clinically capable dentist who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and providing high-quality care to a loyal patient base.

Required Clinical Skills:

• Strong competency in general dentistry, including:
  • Restorative dentistry
  • Crowns and bridgework
  • Removable prosthodontics (dentures/partials)
  • Anterior and molar endodontics
  • Simple and surgical extractions
• Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a clinical team

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience placing dental implants

Education & Licensure:

• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience required
• Active North Carolina Dental License
