About the Role

[What the role is]

Assistant Manager, Land Sale (Private)

[What you will be working on]

  • Process direct sale of State lands to Private entities.

  • Work with agencies to prepare comprehensive set of planning and technical requirements to guide the development of the sale of State land and draw up tender conditions for the sites.

  • After sale, coordinate with Successful Tenderers and professional consultants to ensure the development outcome is aligned with planning objectives.

  • Land administration involving Lease Renewals and Lifting of Title Restrictions.

  • Assessment and collection of Land Betterment Charge arising from development applications involving change of use and/or increase in intensity.

  • Review existing practices and policies and liaison with external parties on general enquiries, feedback and appeals.

[What we are looking for]

  • Qualification in any discipline, preferably Real Estate

  • Good interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills

  • Able to work independently as well as within a team

  • Meticulous with strong analytical ability

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
