Job Title: Parts Department Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Experienced Parts Manager to join our team. The Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the inventory, ordering, and distribution of parts and accessories for our dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts and accessories, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the parts department, including inventory, ordering, and distribution of parts and accessories

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of parts orders and returns

- Maintain a clean and organized parts department

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

- Train and supervise parts department staff

- Monitor and analyze department performance and implement improvements as needed

- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in automotive technology or related field preferred

- Minimum of [Insert Number] years of experience in automotive parts and accessories

- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, including part numbers and pricing

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
