To assemble finished product using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners according to customer specification and company policies.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand tools, and electronic and pneumatic tooling
- Set and assemble small, large hand tools, pneumatic and hydraulic tools
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
- Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with direct supervision
- Ability to concentrate and sit for long periods of time
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Assembly or Manufacturing environment
- Ability to interpret blueprints preferred
