Do you have a passion for sales and helping businesses succeed? We're looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and lead the charge in connecting local and regional businesses with powerful out-of-home (OOH) advertising solutions. If you're a self-starter who thrives on building relationships and closing deals, this is your chance to shine!


Position Summary

The Sales Representative will

  • Prospect and engage new clients through cold calls, emails, in-bound inquiries.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and follow up on leads to keep deals moving.
  • Understand client marketing goals and craft tailored billboard and OOH advertising strategies.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that win business.
  • Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts through renewals and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with designers and operations to ensure campaigns look great and run flawlessly.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and industry best practices to position our solutions competitively.
  • Perform similar or related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
  • Two years in sales or business development, or related experience preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Intermediate knowledge and skill of:

  • Microsoft Windows environment
  • Internet browsers
  • Outlook
  • Microsoft Excel

Additional qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Ability to manage a heavy inbox workload efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and to follow instructions.
  • Willingness to travel long distances via automobile.
  • Understanding of basic media planning terminology and concepts is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Out of Home Dictionary or willingness to learn is a plus.
