Mental Health Clinician – Evening & Weekend Availability
Location: Strongsville, OH

We are currently seeking licensed clinicians who are open to working Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and/or evenings after 4:00 pm. These times represent a critical need for our clients, and we are looking for a small group of dedicated clinicians (5–6 providers) to fill this important role.

This position offers the autonomy of private practice with the support of a well-established organization. We handle billing, credentialing, insurance contracts, and administrative details—allowing you to focus on providing excellent clinical care.

Position Highlights:

• Competitive compensation: $35–$47 per hour, based on license type and caseload
  
• Tenure stipend and monthly stipend for supervisors
  
• Flexible, part-time 1099 contractor position
  
• Steady referral stream for evening and weekend sessions
  
• Free access to Mindfully Academy training and CEUs in specialties such as DBT, EMDR, trauma, adolescent therapy, couples therapy, and more
  
• Peer consultation groups and small pod collaboration for ongoing support
  
• Freedom to select the insurance panels you wish to participate in
  

Qualifications:

• Clinical license in Ohio (LIS, LPC, LISW, LPCC, IMFT, or equivalent)
  
• Comfortable working in-office at our Strongsville, OH location
  
• Willingness to provide services during evenings and/or weekends
