About the role

The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Monitor CCTV and radio communications systems

• Access control and monitor fire and alarm panel 

• Respond to all customer enquiries and liaise with emergency services

• Conduct foot patrols

• Complete reports and computer use

• Sites include Holsworthy Barracks, RAAF Richmond, RAAF Glenbrook, Orchard Hills.

Skills & experience

• Certificate II in Security Operations

• Available to work 24/7 roster

• NSW Security licence

• Previous experience in a customer facing role

• Experience in security operations (ideal, but not necessary)

• Positive attitude, great communication skills, willingness to learn and adapt

• Australian Citizenship required; Baseline clearance (or the ability to obtain)

• Australian Defence force experience is desirable
