About the Role

Creates and adapts digital visuals for e-commerce campaigns and promotions. Delivering attractive designs ranging from homepage banners and product modules to campaign landing pages. Ensures all visuals follow brand guidelines, highlight key selling points, and are optimized for each online platform.

1) Creative Design

  • Design and deliver high-quality digital assets, including homepage banners, Flexi pages, and campaign visuals for e-commerce promotions.
  • Apply a strong understanding of promotional layout composition and typography design, ensuring visual clarity and brand appeal.
  • Incorporate solid knowledge of marketing promotions and compliance standards in every artwork.
  • Maintain brand consistency by adhering to established identity guidelines, including logo usage, typography, and color
  • Ensure timely delivery of final files that meet all required specifications for platform upload.

2) Cross-Collaboration and Support

  • Work closely with teammates and related functions to ensure smooth coordination and project alignment.
  • Communicate effectively within the team to clarify briefs, share progress, and resolve design-related issues promptly.
  • Support ongoing creative requests and ensure all deliverables meet internal timelines and quality standards.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and emerging tools to continuously enhance creative output.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in digital graphic design, including at least 1 year in e-commerce.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Good understanding of design principles and platform layout guidelines, with a strong sense of visual composition, color balance, and typography.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
  • Figma capabilities including prototyping, component systems, and design collaboration workflow.
