About the Role

MYKA is looking for a Creative & AI Specialist with hands-on Video Editing & Graphic Design skills to join our performance marketing team and lead creative strategy & execution. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the sweet spot of storytelling and scale, building world-class paid-social creatives that are as emotionally magnetic as they are performance-driven, for a leading global personalized jewelry & fashion brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & Create high-performing, direct response creatives for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc).
  • Collaborate with performance media managers to optimize campaign performance, ideate, test and evolve new concepts, while running feedback loops based on data insights.
  • Conduct research to identify new creative opportunities, testing hypotheses, implementing new formats, angles, and creative strategies.
  • Lead the end-to-end process: from creative concept to execution & iteration.
  • Explore and apply AI tools to supercharge the content and push creative boundaries, at scale.
  • Create briefs for external UGC creators & Internal shooting productions and own the creative asset production process across the marketing team.
  • Edit, animate, and craft content that connects emotionally and drives results
  • Localize the content across a variety of global markets
  • Stay on top of platform trends, and audience behavior to keep our creative edge sharp.



Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in performance-focused creative roles (agency or in-house)
  • Hands-on content creation / video editing / motion graphics / graphic design skills
  • Strong understanding of Direct Response (DR) marketing and paid acquisition funnels.
  • You speak fluent AI: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Veo, D-ID, 3D etc. You're ahead of the curve
  • You know your way around software & tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and maybe even CapCut, Figma, or DaVinci, etc
  • You’re curious, independent, and creative with a great visual eye
  • You know what actually works on social and are not afraid to test, fail, and iterate fast.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a team-player attitude.
