Responsibilities: •    Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to IT operations. •    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess compliance risks and develop strategies to address them effectively. •    Design and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards. •    Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT projects, systems, processes, and documentation to identify compliance gaps and areas for improvement. •    Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters, including data privacy, security protocols, and regulatory requirements. •    Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards and update compliance programs accordingly. •    Investigate and respond to compliance incidents, breaches, or violations, and implement corrective actions as necessary. •    Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies or auditors during compliance audits or investigations. •    Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to compliance activities. Ideal Candidate: •    Proven experience (3 years) working in Governance, Compliance, risk management, or a related field, preferably in the IT industry. •    In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS, ISO, CMMI etc. •    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions. •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. •    Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ethical conduct. •    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
