Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Product specification - Define clear, detailed product specifications that outline the functional requirements, system integrations, and user interfaces to guide the development team. Ensure specifications reflect both technical feasibility and customer needs, serving as a blueprint for the entire product lifecycle.
• Prioritization - Continuously evaluate and prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic value, customer impact, and resource availability.
• prioritization framework that balances short-term achievements with long-term goals, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Market intelligence - Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and potential opportunities within the Web3 security landscape.
• Utilize insights from market research to shape product strategy and ensure alignment with industry dynamics and customer expectations.
• Customer engagement - continuously engage with Hypernative customers to gather needs, validate ideas, conduct PoCs, and more. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction with Hypernative's products and services.

Requirements

• At Least 3 years of experience in product management, process management, or a similar role within the cybersecurity, Web3, or technology industry.
• At Least 3 years of experience in software development, software architecture, or technical product management, such as APIs. In-depth understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and blockchain security concepts.
