What You’ll Do
As a Plant Support Specialist, you’ll be a key player in keeping our plant running strong and safe. Your days will be hands-on, physical, and never boring.
- Operate mobile equipment like skid loaders, mini-excavators, backhoes, telehandlers, and water trucks
- Perform general maintenance and preventive maintenance (PM) tasks
- Load, unload, lift, and move materials as needed
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety rules—because going home safe matters
- Jump in where needed and support the team
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable operating mobile equipment
- Willing to work extended hours when the job calls for it
- Safety-minded with attention to detail
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Able to read, understand, and follow safety procedures
Work Environment
- Work indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather
- Exposure to heat, cold, dust, wind, and rain
- Regular use of heavy equipment and machinery

Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Climb ladders, bend, stoop, and work at heights
- Work in confined spaces when required
- Perform sustained physical labor (shoveling, lifting, moving material)
