What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll oversee the full operation of your community, including:
- Leading and motivating your leasing and maintenance team in a positive, goal-driven environment
- Create strong relationships with current and future residents
- Market and advertise vacancies to keep your community thriving
- Manage to budget, rent collections, delinquencies, and financial reporting
- Oversee property appearance, performance, and maintenance coordination
- Handle resident concerns, evictions, and compliance with regulations
- Scheduling unit turns and walking units for completion
- Partner with your Regional Manager Team to hit performance goals
- Build relationships that help expand business opportunities
What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who brings energy, organization, and leadership to everything you do:
- Exceptional customer service skills and a team-first mindset
- Proven ability (or strong desire) to lead and inspire a team
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management
- Comfortable using MS Office
- Knowledge of property management rules, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Property Management experience (1 year preferred)
- Management experience (1 year preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License
