RoyPow USA is seeking a dynamic and driven Testing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing parts of innovative lithium batteries. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and have the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues & customers. A strong understanding of lithium batteries is preferred. Be responsible for diagnosing and repairing parts after testing to ensure quality and functionality.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, maintain repair records, and ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
Pick up defective products from customers and safely pack repaired products to return to customers.
Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery back to customers.
