About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Shuttle Driver to join our incredible team at Camp Lake Hubert for Girls – a place where adventure, friendships, and personal growth come to life in the heart of Minnesota’s Northwoods.

What You’ll Do:
As our Shuttle Driver, you’ll play a key role in keeping camp moving! You’ll safely transport campers and staff to and from designated locations while delivering top-notch guest service. Your days will involve scenic drives, positive interactions, and making sure everyone gets where they need to go – comfortably and on time. This is a part-time seasonal role lasting from mid-May to early August with the opportunity to extend into early September. Days and times our shuttle drivers are needed fluctuate based on camp's needs.

A Snapshot of Your Day:

Drive shuttle vehicles along set routes and schedules
Greet passengers with a smile and assist them as needed
Perform vehicle inspections and keep your ride clean and ready
Communicate clearly with team members and report any issues
Record trips and mileage, and ensure a safe, smooth ride every time

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

A valid driver’s license (required)
A warm, professional attitude and strong attention to safety
Comfort with daily routines and some physical activity (lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, standing, climbing stairs)
The ability to work flexible hours and communicate well with others
Previous shuttle or guest service experience (a plus!)
