We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Shuttle Driver to join our incredible team at Camp Lake Hubert for Girls – a place where adventure, friendships, and personal growth come to life in the heart of Minnesota’s Northwoods.
What You’ll Do:
As our Shuttle Driver, you’ll play a key role in keeping camp moving! You’ll safely transport campers and staff to and from designated locations while delivering top-notch guest service. Your days will involve scenic drives, positive interactions, and making sure everyone gets where they need to go – comfortably and on time. This is a part-time seasonal role lasting from mid-May to early August with the opportunity to extend into early September. Days and times our shuttle drivers are needed fluctuate based on camp's needs.
A Snapshot of Your Day:
- Drive shuttle vehicles along set routes and schedules
- Greet passengers with a smile and assist them as needed
- Perform vehicle inspections and keep your ride clean and ready
- Communicate clearly with team members and report any issues
- Record trips and mileage, and ensure a safe, smooth ride every time

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:
- A valid driver’s license (required)
- A warm, professional attitude and strong attention to safety
- Comfort with daily routines and some physical activity (lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, standing, climbing stairs)
- The ability to work flexible hours and communicate well with others
- Previous shuttle or guest service experience (a plus!)
