Serves hotel guests by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintains consistent lobby presence for prompt and efficient guest service.
- Ensure arriving and departing guests receive immediate attention through portage, door opening,
parking and information about Stowe and TFL in particular.
- Maintain awareness of current events and all incoming groups and their needs.
- Promptly and accurately deliver baggage of arriving and departing coaches.
- Maintain clean front entrance through sweeping/ shoveling of front, cleaning ash trays and
picking up any refuse.
- Complete seasonal tasks as necessary, including but not limited to: shoveling balconies, shuttle
runs, starting fires in fireplaces, etc.
- Make deliveries of gifts, flowers and other amenities.
- Cover switchboard agents during breaks or staff shortages.
