Senior Retail & E-commerce Consultant

In 2009 the office in Amsterdam was opened, which is now situated at the 28th floor of the Rembrandt Tower with a great view on the city of Amsterdam. We focus on the following sectors: Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Marketing & Customer Experience, Data Science and  HR, Transformation & Change. The Dutch team is experiencing strong growth and has now built up an impressive client portfolio, supported by and cooperating with colleagues from our international offices. Sia Netherlands employs approximately 60 consultants.

You will help our clients in the retail sector defining and implementing e-commerce strategies and new business models making them more performant while increasing its commercial footprint.

You will mainly work on:

• Defining and implementing e-commerce strategies for our retail customers
• Improving e-commerce commercial footprint and profitability by auditing and stipulating recommendations
• Defining and improving omnichannel business models
• Drive customer and acquisition traffic and conversion through digital marketing optimisations across all channels
• Executing full lifecycle project management on e-commerce projects
• Contributing to Sia ’ business development and go-to markets in the retail e-commerce area

Equipped with the entrepreneurial fibre, you are ready to collaborate with us in a fast growing company. 

• You have successfully completed your Master’s Degree.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience as a consultant 
• You have experience working in the Retail sector, preferably a B2C environment
• E-commerce and all the different solutions are a passion for you.
• Dutch, French & English speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You have a creative and analytical mind and eager to continuously keep abreast of e-commerce trends and innovations
• You are dynamic, result-oriented combined with an entrepreneurial mindset.
