Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into functional software applications, while also participating in team discussions to contribute innovative ideas and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Continuously improve software development processes and practices to enhance efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure and SharePoint. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience in integrating applications with various APIs and services. - Familiarity with database management and data modeling techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
