Summary/Objective
This position is responsible for supporting all activities within the warehouse, including but not limited to material handling, packing and unpacking, eCommerce, and shipping/receiving procedures of Silipint products.
Position Requirements
- Efficiently and accurately pick, pack, and ship products to meet customer requests and minimize costs and damage
- Accurately stage inventoried products according to pick ticket and prioritize orders to ensure customer “need by” dates are met
- Package and Quality Control custom goods coming off the production line, preparing for shipment by applying UPC stickers, packaging, etc., to products
- Select a carrier and service level via UPS, FedEx, or USPS on shipping workstations, and prepare freight for international and domestic pickup/deliveries to meet customer requests and minimize costs. Contact the carrier to arrange pick-up and delivery
- Complete required shipping documents and/or computer entry
- Tack/Trace lost or delayed shipments.
- Check incoming shipments against packing slip and note damaged and/or missing goods, complete computer entry to receive goods
- Label and shelve warehouse supplies and equipment in the appropriate areas
- Maintain the good appearance of the warehouse, shelving, and shipping areas, and help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
- Maintain an adequate supply of packing and shipping materials
- Perform clerical functions as needed to maintain warehouse operations
- Maintain inventory control systems to help ensure proper inventory levels
- Support with periodic physical counts of supply inventory. Maintain logs, bills of lading, manifests, and other shipping documents as required.
- Operate and maintain a forklift
- May drive from time to time
- Maintains a positive work environment with all Silipint staff
- Assume other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements
Required Education and Experience
- High-school diploma
- Detailed-oriented
- Basic math skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to be flexible
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and efficiency with particular attention to detail
- Ability to safely lift, carry and manage inventory up to 75lbs
- Background Requirements
- Safe driving record and current OR driver’s license
Preferred Education and Experience
- Forklift and pallet jack operation experience/certifications
- One or more years related experience and/or training
