You'll excel working in a fast-past environment, and you are adept at and handling cross-functional initiatives across geographies.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build the vision for delivering payments solutions to customers that apply the XRP ledger to reduce the friction in moving money globally.</li> <li>Develop and test solutions for liquidity, payments, and FX challenges by applying decentralized finance tools, including onchain liquidity pools, decentralized exchange, and stablecoins.</li> <li>Create and communicate product stories and requirements to guide and align the cross-functional teams building these products.</li> <li>Set and drive performance benchmarks and indicators, using data to inform decisions and iterate quickly.</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and business development, to define, build, and maintain products critical to growth, engagement, and retention.</li> </ul> </div> <div> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL BRING:&nbsp;</strong></p> </div> <div> <ul> <li>8-10 years of total professional experience in financial services, fintech, or the crypto industry, with 4-5 years in a core product management role.</li> <li>Consistent track record of scaling and evangelizing successful products.</li> <li>You - demonstrated experience building and launching products.</li> <li>Ability to understand both business needs and technical requirements and communicate across different teams.</li> <li>Experience working cross-functionally to drive influence and resolve conflict.</li> <li>Strategic problem solver who thinks about where the future is headed.</li> </ul> </div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below.
