KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Warehouse Clerk, your daily impact will include:
Shipping
- Pick & Stage: Use our ERP system tools to pull product and stage it for shipment.
- Documentation: Prepare accurate shipping records and labels for both domestic and international orders.
- Packaging: Pack finished goods and small parts according to engineering prints, ensuring all manuals and instructions are included and items are protected from damage.
- Assembly: Perform basic mechanical assembly and kit packaging.
- Systems: Process outbound shipments and transfers within the Sage (ERP) system.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with Quality Control for product audits and communicate with internal teams to meet shipping deadlines.
Receiving
- Unload & Inspect: Safely unload incoming goods and verify items against purchase orders, transfer orders, or RMAs.
- Data Entry: Process receipts and RMAs in the Sage system and complete all required paperwork.
- Inventory Control: Count and confirm quantities of components as they move through manufacturing.
- Transfers: Record "bin-to-bin" movements to ensure our inventory levels are always accurate.
- Site Maintenance: Organize incoming materials and schedule pickups for scrap material as needed.
Requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required Skills & Experience:
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse operations.
Equipment: Forklift certification preferred; ability to safely operate hoists, hand jacks, air tools, and small hand tools.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office and experience with shipping software or ERP systems (Sage experience is a plus).
International Knowledge: Basic understanding of shipping regulations and customs paperwork is a major advantage.
Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for long periods and performing manual tasks in a manufacturing environment.
Mindset: Strong organizational skills, a focus on accuracy, and the ability to adapt to changing daily priorities.
