About the Role
<p><span><strong>DESCRIPCIÓN</strong></span></p><p><span>Nuestro cliente es una empresa líder en ingeniería y construcción con amplia experiencia en proyectos tecnológicos e industriales. Actualmente busca incorporar jefe de Obra Civil con formación en Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos para liderar proyectos estratégicos relacionados con centros de datos (Data Centers).</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>RESPONSABILIDADES</strong></span></p><p><span>· Planificación, coordinación y supervisión de las obras civiles en el sitio.</span></p><p><span>· Control de costes, plazos, calidad y seguridad en todas las fases del proyecto.</span></p><p><span>· Gestión de contratistas, subcontratistas y relación con la dirección facultativa.</span></p><p><span>· Supervisión del cumplimiento de normativas técnicas y medioambientales.</span></p><p><span>· Reporte del avance del proyecto a la dirección de la empresa.</span></p><p><span><strong> </strong></span></p><p><span><strong>REQUISITOS</strong></span></p><p><span>· Titulación en Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos.</span></p><p><span>· Experiencia demostrada como jefe de Obra en proyectos de gran envergadura.</span></p><p><span>· Se valorará experiencia específica en proyectos de Data Centers o infraestructura tecnológica.</span></p><p><span>· Conocimiento avanzado en planificación de obra y gestión de presupuestos.</span></p><p><span>· Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y resolución de problemas.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p>
