What You’ll Do:

  • Process incoming referrals to ensure timely scheduling and coordination of care
  • Handle insurance pre-certifications and prior authorizations to prevent delays in treatment
  • Verify insurance coverage and document benefits ahead of appointments
  • Manage EMR inbox and respond to provider/patient messages
  • Communicate with patients about balances and financial responsibility
  • Support front office operations and administrative tasks as needed

  • Prior experience with referrals and insurance pre-certifications (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous healthcare or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
