About the Role

Full-time | Early-stage, VC-backed startup | Remote/Hybrid

Mission

Help design Sturtup cash-flow intelligence engine while serving as a credibility anchor on customer 


Core Responsibilities

  1. Design cash-flow logic and early warning triggers
  2. Help build a Financial Health Score for 0–10 employee service businesses
  3. Translate messy accounting data into decision rules
  4. Guide offshore team on financial logic implementation
  5. Join customer calls to build trust and credibility


Mandatory Requirements

  • Active US CPA license
  • 5+ years experience working with 0–10 employee service-based SMBs
  • Direct advisory experience with business owners (not only filings)
  • Strong cash flow management expertise
  • Experience identifying early financial distress signals
  • Comfortable explaining financial concepts in simple language
