This is a full-time, direct placement role at Fire Solutions NW.

Fire Solutions NW brings over 60 years of combined experience in fire protection and life safety. We specialize in inspecting, testing, repair, and installation services to ensure safety, compliance, and peace of mind for our clients in the hospitality, multi-family, and banking sectors.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a driven Regional Sales Representative who thrives on building client relationships and closing deals. You'll identify, nurture, and convert leads across industries like hospitality, apartment housing, and banking — managing both new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and close new business within assigned territories (Portland, WA, or Phoenix)
  • Grow and manage relationships with existing accounts
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Conduct client need assessments and propose tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors.?

Requirements

  • 3–10 years of B2B sales experience
  • Self-motivated, with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in fire protection or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality, multi-family housing, and banking sectors.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
