Position: Onsite Sales and Laborer

Location: Greenville SC

Pay Range: $19-$24/Hr (Base Rate + Profit Share + Tips)
Full-Time


We’re hiring a hardworking, customer-focused Onsite Sales & Laborer to join our growing junk removal team. This role combines on-site sales with physical labor—perfect for someone who likes staying active, meeting new people, and earning extra through performance-based pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers on-site and provide clear, upfront pricing
  • Close sales and schedule services on the spot
  • Remove unwanted items from homes, businesses, and job sites
  • Lift, load, and haul items safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times
  • Keep trucks and job sites clean and organized
  • Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical labor
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation
  • Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people
