Position: Part Time Onsite Sales & Laborer

Location: North Philadelphia

Pay Range: $25+ H/r (Base Rate + Profit Share + Tips)

Objective: As a Part Time Onsite Sales & Laborer you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving our sales efforts. No experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive training!


What We’re Looking For:


We are hiring motivated and reliable Part Time Onsite Sales & Laborers for our junk removal team. This role combines customer interaction, on-site sales, and physical labor. Ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and earning performance-based pay.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet customers on-site and provide clear, upfront pricing
  • Close sales and collect payment at job sites
  • Remove unwanted items from homes, businesses, and job sites
  • Lift, load, and haul furniture, appliances, and debris
  • Work efficiently as part of a team
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical labor
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Sales experience a plus, but we provide training
  • Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
  • Ability to work 2-3 8 Hour day shifts a week

Requirements

Qualifications:

Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.

Driver’s License: Valid standard driver’s license required.

Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.

Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.

Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
