Commercial Pest Control Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections of commercial properties to identify pest issues and assess the extent of infestations.

- Develop and implement effective pest control treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

- Apply pest control products safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

- Educate clients on pest prevention methods and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term pest management.

- Maintain accurate records of services performed, treatments applied, and client interactions.

- Stay current with industry best practices, regulations, and new pest control technologies.

- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid pest control license or certification as required by state or local regulations.

- Proven experience in commercial pest control or related field preferred.

- Strong knowledge of pest biology, treatment methods, and safety procedures.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Physical ability to perform inspections and treatments, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environments.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years
Be able to pass a background
Be able to pass a drug screening and physical.
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
Lift and carry up to 50lbs
