1-800-GOT-JUNK? - Naples is hiring! We're a fast-paced and fun operation that helps people in our community get rid of unwanted items, responsibly. And, we do it like no one else with our professional, on-time service and friendly uniformed team. We're hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are looking for an entirely new employment experience.


Objective: As a Customer Experience Leader, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving our sales efforts. 


Position: Customer Experience Leader

Location: Fort Myers, FL serving the greater Naples territory

Pay: Up to $24/Hr total compensation (Including hourly pay + profit share + tips)

Benefits Package: (Medical, Vision, Dental) and retirement plans
Schedule: Full Time hours -- 4-5 shifts a week  (1 weekend shift required + 3-4 weekday shifts)

  • Handle Junk Removal: Perform both heavy and light lifting to clear junk from residential and commercial locations.
  • Sales Advocacy: Represent our brand professionally and provide accurate estimates to customers.
  • Commit to Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance in uniform.

  • Age Requirement: 21+ years of age 
  • Driver's License: a valid, unrestricted driver's license (required for insurance purposes)
  • Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced, fun, 
  • Physical Capability: Able to lift at least 75+ lbs repeatedly!
  • Experience: Previous customer service, hospitality, retail sales, restaurant, or labor experience preferred
