- Build simple project plans: steps, required shutdowns/closures, safety controls, tools/materials, and completion timing.
- Coordinate project timing with Pools Manager and operations to minimize guest impact and maintain service continuity.
- Perform light construction and finish work (as assigned): hardware replacements, patch/repair, caulking/sealing, masonry, minor carpentry, mounting/fastening, touch-up work, and fixture swaps.

Organization, planning, and documentation
- Manage work orders and project tracking provided by the Pools Manager with status updates, parts used, photos, and completion notes.
- Track inventory and project supplies for assigned venues; proactively identify long-lead items and reorder needs.
- Maintain organized storage and tool readiness (labels, shelving, standard locations, clean/secure setup).
Proactive maintenance & prevention
- Conduct routine walk-throughs of pools, F&B outlets, and bathhouse spaces to identify issues early (trip hazards, loose railings, damaged surfaces, leaks, worn hardware, drainage issues, door/lock issues, signage needs, safety equipment readiness).
- Address minor issues promptly and recommend longer-term fixes to prevent repeat problems.
- Support preventive maintenance tasks related to property assets and equipment as directed and within training (e.g., pumps/filters/valves/controls support, plumbing fixtures, basic mechanical troubleshooting).
Safety, compliance, and guest experience
- Follow all safety procedures (PPE, tool safety, chemical awareness, lockout/tagout where applicable) and maintain a safety-first work approach.
- Support health and safety compliance standards by keeping spaces maintained and reporting concerns immediately.
- Communicate professionally with team members and guests; escalate urgent issues or safety risks without delay.
