Job Description

The main goal of any business is profitability, and this is closely related to the creation of customer loyalty, which depends on the degree of satisfaction experienced by the guests during their stay. The Receptionist is therefore the cornerstone of a highly personalized service that guarantees high quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English and any additional language is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in front office operation; preferably in a similar quality hotel.
  • A friendly, outgoing behavior, able to involve and support operation.  
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Has strong decision-making abilities and able to work in long hours.
