About the Role

Senior Projektleiter Für unseren Kunden aus der öffentlichen Verwaltung in Bern, suchen wir für ein langjähriges Telecom-Versorgungsprojekt eine:n erfahrene:n Senior Projektleiter:in. Ziel des Projekts ist die umfassende und zuverlässige Versorgung mit den notwendigen Inhouse-Systemen für Mobiltelefonie, Sicherheitsfunk (Polycom) und Satellitennavigation (GNSS). Ihre Aufgaben: <ul> <li>Führen des Teilprojekts "Telecom" innerhalb des übergeordneten Gesamtprojekts</li> <li>Aufbauen einer geeigneten Projektorganisation</li> <li>Einsetzen geeigneter Projektmanagementprozesse</li> <li>Vermitteln komplexer Themen auf Managementebene</li> <li>Sicherstellen der Projektinformation</li> <li>Risikomanagement</li> <li>Durchführen von Qualitätssicherungsmassnahmen</li> <li>Festlegen der Kennzahlen für die Fortschritts- und Erfolgskontrolle</li> <li>Planen und Steuern des Projekts bezüglich Lieferobjekten, Terminen, Kosten, Qualität und Risiken</li> </ul> Ihr Profil: <ul> <li>Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung</li> <li>Ausgewiesene BORS-Erfahrung zwingend (Blaulichtorganisationen)</li> <li>Hermes Erfahrung zwingend, Zertifizierung vorzugsweise vorhanden</li> <li>Fachwissen im Bereich Inhouse-Versorgungssysteme, einschliesslich Kenntnisse der Polycom-Funktechnologie</li> <li>Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse mit ISDS/ISMS</li> <li>Kenntnisse über polizeiliche Ausrüstung im Bereich Kommunikation und Verständnis für die internen Hierarchien von Vorteil</li> <li>Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten</li> </ul>
