 Jungle Roots Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics is seeking a friendly, organized, and dedicated Patient Coordinator to join our team. Our practice has provided compassionate, award-winning pediatric dental and orthodontic care in a fun, family-friendly environment for decades. Experience & Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet patients and families warmly and serve as a welcoming first point of contact 
  • Answer phones, manage inquiries, and assist families with scheduling appointments 
  • Coordinate treatment plans with clinical teams and schedule appointments efficiently 
  • Collect and verify insurance information and assist with financial arrangements 
  • Maintain and update accurate patient records and documentation 
  • Provide exceptional communication and service throughout the patient experience 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred (pediatric experience a plus) 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment 
  • Positive attitude with a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork
