Pediatric Dental Specialists is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our dedicated pediatric dental team. Our practice provides comprehensive dental care for children from infancy through adolescence across multiple locations in Montana and Wyoming. Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies for pediatric dental procedures
- Assist the dentist chairside during clinical procedures, including routine treatments and advanced pediatric care
- Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
- Provide patient education to children and their parents on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment, following infection control protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
- Support other clinical and administrative tasks as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements
- Dental Assistant certification or relevant credentials as required by state
- Pediatric dental experience preferred but not required
- Radiography certification or willingness to obtain preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, child-friendly environment
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
