The Customer Support Specialist II or III acts as a link between mdxhealth customers, the sales team, and the commercial operations group. They are responsible for maintaining high service standards and supporting customer activities and sales objectives.

- Position is onsite in Irvine, CA or remote if not in commuting distance to Irvine, CA. The shift is Monday thru Friday Schedule to be determined - will be between 5am & 5pm (Pacific time)
- Three plus years’ previous customer service experience for a level II and four plus years for a level III.
- Two plus years for a level II and three plus years for a level III of related sales support experience is preferred.
- Three plus years customer service experience in healthcare or a clinical reference laboratory, preferred.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies and work environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Hiring range: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour. The actual rate will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
