Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait.</div>What You Will Be Doing: You will lead the strategy, operations, quality, and personnel development of Helion’s Supply Chain organization. In close partnership with company leadership, you will define and execute scalable processes that align with business goals, support long-term planning for generator components, and prepare for facility expansion. You will report to the VP of Manufacturing & Supply Chain, and this is an onsite role located at our Everett, WA office. You Will: <ul> <li>Define and implement strategic goals to streamline and scale supply chain operations</li> <li>Establish business plans and lead purchasing and supply chain teams to achieve operational objectives</li> <li>Collaborate with leaders across Helion to align supply chain planning with timelines for generator components and new facility logistics</li> <li>Develop systems and processes for evaluating and building a network of suppliers based on capability and capacity</li> <li>Act as the operational lead for selecting and implementing supply chain software, tools, and procedures</li> <li>Drive strategic planning and execution of special projects across the organization</li> </ul> Required Skills: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated experience in progressively senior roles within operations, production, or purchasing functions</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience managing cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven success in standing up production lines, programs, or assembly operations under tight timelines</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience working in a technology or research-driven startup</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Direct experience owning and solving complex organizational or logistical challenges</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills</li> </ul> #LI-Onsite #LI-MT1<div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"> Total Compensation and Benefits Helion's compensation package includes a competitively benchmarked base salary, meaningful equity grants, and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation is determined through a holistic evaluation of your experience, qualifications, and our commitment to internal equity - ensuring fairness and transparency across our teams.
