🌍 About the role

As an Entertainment Team Leader, you take responsibility for the daily organization and motivation of the entertainment team in a holiday resort.

You lead by example, support your team and help create engaging activities and shows for guests.

This role is ideal for people who already have experience in entertainment or animation and feel ready to take the next step into leadership.

🎯 What you’ll do

  • Coordinate and support the daily work of the entertainment team
  • Lead and motivate entertainers during activities and events
  • Take part in entertainment programs and evening shows
  • Support planning of schedules, rehearsals and activities
  • Be the link between entertainment team and hotel management
  • Help ensure a positive team spirit and high guest satisfaction
  • You are not just supervising – you are part of the team and actively involved.

⏰ Good to know

  • Seasonal position
  • Full-time role (5–6 working days per week)
  • Living and working on-site
  • EU passport required

  • You have previous experience in entertainment, animation or similar roles
  • You feel comfortable taking responsibility and guiding others
  • You can motivate people and keep a positive team atmosphere
  • You communicate confidently in English
  • German and/or French skills are a big plus
  • You are organized, reliable and approachable
  • If you’ve worked as an Entertainer and are ready for more responsibility, this role could be a great next step.
